Most Electronic Visas allow foreigners to enter Turkey for business/trade and touristic purposes directly.

Other foreigners coming to Turkey for business or trade must obtain a business or trade visa from the Turkish Consulate in their home country. The validity period of the visa and approval process will be evaluated and finalized by the consulate and the ministry, Therefore the required documents should be prepared in full and professional manner.
