According to bilateral agreements between governments, visa types are based on the purpose of the applicants’ visit to Turkey.
Applicants may enter Turkey for a limited period with a visa, electronic visa, or visa exemption.
Most electronic visas allow foreigners to enter Turkey directly for business or commercial purposes.

Other foreigners coming to Turkey for business or trade must obtain a business or trade visa from the Turkish consulate in their home country.
The validity period of the visa and the approval process will be evaluated and finalized by the consulate and the ministry.
If foreigners who enter Turkey with a business or trade visa wish to stay longer than their legal stay period, they must obtain a residence permit in Turkey. (For this process, a Turkish company must act as the sponsor.)
Note: The commercial permit is issued for a maximum period of two years each time.

Applications are evaluated within 90 days after the appointment, either positively or negatively.
The residence permit card is sent to the applicant’s address provided during the application.

The conditions are as follows:
- Having a sponsoring company (with official documents)
- Having a general health insurance
- Providing supporting documents for the reason for stay in Turkey
- A clean criminal record for the applicant.
- Address information (with official documents such as a rental contract, if requested)
- Legal entry into Turkey with the relevant visa or visa exemption.

Note: According to the bilateral agreements between governments, there may be some restrictions on entry procedures into Turkey and some special application documents may be requested from outside Turkey.

Determining the interview date: We compare the immigration office system with the applicant’s schedule to determine the convenient date.
Eligibity checking of the application documents: the required documents list will be shared with the applicants , We will provide support at every step of the process.
Making the application at the immigration office: Our team will meet the applicant at the immigration office. (If applicants provide us with a Power of Attorney, our lawyer will accompany them.
Government fees will be paid by us, and the application file will be prepared.
Follow-up of the application process: Immigration officers will evaluate and conclude the application file within a certain period. ( Our team will access the immigration system to check the status of the application.)
If needed, our authorized lawyer will submit additional application documents to the immigration office within the determined period.
Obtaining the residence permit card: The card will be sent to the applicant’s registered address. (As a rule, the applicant or an authorized person can collect it from the relevant institution.)
